Why do I always feel my glutes and legs not my abs when I do the side crunch in the side plank? I feel like I am trying to engage my core but my butt says otherwise.

Thank you for these videos! I haven't been able to do ab workouts due to a neck and shoulder injury, but these videos are making them accessible again. I'm doing your workouts 4-5 days a week now. Love them! Please keep them coming.

thxs for this! I like it better when you go thru the workout w/o any breaks...haha, when it's hard, it's personally demotivating for me to start/stop vs just pushing thru and keep going! def like this video format better than previous ones!
