Wow girl! I've been working out for years, 3-4-5 times a week in the gym, so I can say I have some kind of experience of working out. In my country, because of the pandemic the gyms have been closed for more than a year now, so I needed to find another way of working out. I started searching for workout videos on YouTube, but unfortunately they didn't really challenge me, I know I needed something "more hard-core". Then I found you. I remember your first youtube video I tried, it was a military monday workout video. I remember I couldn't even get up next day out of my bed, i had such sore muscles. Your workout videos are the ones, that challenge me the most, shape my body and help me stay fit during the closedowns. Thank you!
