This is a 12 minute ab routine for the 11 line look. This workout will definitely challenge you and make your abs burn and sore on the next day. At least I was sore after these 12 minutes. The special thing about this home workout is that you don't any equipment and it works your upper, lower abs and obliques for the 11 line look. Combine my workouts all together for better results.

Maybe add a "brutal" in the title, i think compared to other workouts from you it is very very hard (Especially the beginning got me)
