You’re my favorite instructor! I’ve recently found out i have PCOS and i started looking into pilates as a way of exercise along walking. Your videos are so helpful, i’ve done the 1 week challenge as well as this 2 week one and i started seeing results after only one week of regular exercise. I love that the exercises are not repetitive and they are easy to follow along. I can’t wait for the future ones that will have verbal instructions 🤍🌸

I have done this and monthly challenge and let me tell you that my waist is defined!! Definitely see huge results and I achieved my dream body!! I am so proud of myself and so happy!! Thank you so much Madeleine ❤

for those wondering!!
start : 12/01, 51kg (without eating)
end:

Day 1: feel the burn in my abs and thighs, did it twice
Day 2: did it once, same: abs and legs burning 😭
Day 3: that was ok
Day 5: i feel that my abs are more define
Day 9: it was so hard and so good at the same time 😭

Day 9 done! At the start of the workout I thought it would kill me, but I really enjoyed it! Maybe, my abs and core are stronger now😌

Dear Madeleine, thanks for the workouts ! I am almost 30 years old with a lot of traumas and scoliosis as well, so I am happy to start your workouts also Ive read that pilates is super healthy for scoliosis 😊 would it be possible if you add audio instructions in the videos so we can be sure we are performing the exercises with proper form? ❤

Hi Madeleine it’s already Day 9 and I’ve noticed that there’s no upper body workout could you please make an upper body focused Pilates plan I would be so thankful I love your workouts and I would like to focus more on the upper body🩷
