i don't usually comment on videos, but i just had to for this one. so i've been doing this workout for a while (almost a year actually) & out of my many years of working out & trying out different ab workouts, this one is by far one of the best ones i've ever done where you truly see visible results such as the "ab crack" (combined with other workouts & a proper diet, of course). it burns but it really is worth it & every set is back to back with no rest which requires more tension & engagement on your core. my ab crack was never prominent until i consistently started doing this workout, as well as eylem's other workouts cause they are all equally as effective & the most effective ab workouts i've ever done. good luck guys stay motivated!
