It's gonna be intense!♥︎ I created a workout which includes hard core (or hardcore lol) exercises in order to challenge our abs a little bit more. Do this workout regularly to get a slim waist, strong core and toned/visible ab muscles.

▪️ Intensity: Intense

▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

Damn, this was amazing 🔥 Especially the first part on our backs really burned in those abs! During the Crunch Hold I thought I was gonna die, my abs hurt so bad!!

God, it was so hard, especially at the beginning of the workout! My belly hurts🔥 I'll tell the result in 2 weeks maybe. Like if you want to hear my results❤

Day two: done (i'm not really done yet, i have one video left)...I'm on a diet...i don't eat much so my weight changes too
