When you first announced the moves I was like "yeah okay, seems doable"
boy oh boy was I wrong.

I've been doing these everyday since you posted the video, and for the first time in almost a year, my abs got sore again!
I feel myself getting stronger everyday, thank you so much for this!!!

I LOVE when you put the list of moves in the description, that way if I have to substitute a move due to my knee injury I can ahead of time. I hope you can do it again!

Everyone, i suggest doing this over isolation! This is fun and active and while we are bored and at home, this is perfect! Please try this, i ve been doing this for a month now and im beginning to see effects. It is worth it

Thank you so much for these. I had a rough time and a really bad relationship with my body the past few months and the only things that bring me to work out are your videos, even though I feel as if they're getting harder haha,

Dear Future Grass,

I DID IT! I got through this entire video with NO excessive breaks. My abs are feeling it! This was not at all easy! But I'm so proud of my abs for getting stronger and stronger! Well, no time to talk, I have 2 more ab videos left (I'm doing the calendar).

1.61 cm and 50 kg, I've been doing this workout between 5 or 6 times/week for 3 weeks now, first time I actually see results!!! Keep going guys!!!
