I was pre diabetic but I try ur low impact cardio 30 min. And left Suger . Now I'm not pre diabetic. 😃Thank u soo much ur video is precious ❤️

I love these workouts. I really appreciate that they use people who look like real people and Daniel, even though he’s clearly fit, isn’t intimidating. He really “sells” that these workouts are hard for him in a way that’s not patronizing and really encourages you to finish.

I think I’m ready to advance to something more complicated now as a result. Thanks.

I did these workouts during 2020, they were the only constant thing during covid. I stopped for a while, and now I've just done this workout, and cried when Daniel said he was proud.

I'm undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma now, and this workout keeps me going. I keep coming back to it whenever I can, because it makes me feel like a fighter. The positivity from the team is so addictive. I love you Kristin, Daniel and Tosh!

Thank you so much Body Project. My morning routine is 30 minutes out door walk and 30mins of body project work outs. I gained weight from working at home and mentally tired. Now I feel great and lost 4kg!! 🔥🔥

These are literally my favorite! I’ve been doing them nightly for three weeks straight and almost cry at the end cause Daniel is so motivating!! Kristen expressions literally are me 100%. Laughing but cussing under my breath 🤣❤️

I love your videos. When I started these videos, I had COVID and was just doing these videos while quarantined in my room to avoid blood clots. Now, I have gone from 287 to 242 pounds and feel much better in my body. (I also swim laps now and walk my dog for miles). When I can't get to the pool because I worked late or something (like today), I am sure to come here and do a couple of your videos. As an African-American obese women, I extremely appreciate that you use all sizes and shapes and shades of people. It's GREAT!

At the end of 2019 I was 104kg, I found the body project real start and with doing your low impact exercise and a calorie controlled diet I lost 25kgs and was the most fit I'd even been in my life. In 2020 I got really sick with pancreatitis. It knocked me out for almost a year so I didn't exercise. I've been depressed a lot this year but I'm back now! I haven't gained weight but I'm no longer fit so it's like starting from scratch but I'm excited to get back to where I was! Wish me luck

Hi guys, I've been regularly exercising with TBP since June; the first exercise routine which I've ever been able to sustain for any length of time. Your tireless body positivity has been an amazing help as I start to finally appreciate and take care of my body. I already feel so much fitter, healthier, and more capable! Keep up the good work!
