Today's low impact fat burning HIIT workout will target every major muscle group and will get that heart rate up with no jumping - so your joints and your neighbors will be happy :) We have 12 different low impact exercises to power through - 2 rounds of each. So grab some weights and follow along!

I managed to do the exercise session, 47-year-old woman, menopausal, obese...I extended the breaks by a total of 6 minutes, but I still finished everything. I feel fantastic!

Heather is amazing. I used to try different peoples workouts but she has surpassed my expectations on all levels. Best workouts ever. Challenging and never boring. I also love that she doesn’t have to talk during the workout. She’s also extremely easy on the eyes. Some instructors are in full makeup which I just can’t take seriously. Thanks heather for being the best!

I have been sedentary for years but this particular workout has made me begin moving again. The thing that sets this video apart is the warmup: it has so many of my favorite movements!! Thank you so very much for these. I absolutely love them. I have glute and minor hip issues, but have been active my whole life, so being able to still feel strong and have a work out without hurting my body is amazing! My favourite workout! I have been doing it 2 times a week for the past 2 or 3 months (I usually workout 4 times a week so I pick something else from your playlists on those days or I go climbing) and I see definition in places I never thought I would! I would be happy to see more routines like this one-silent, low impact yet definitely challenging.
