I just turned 72 and this year has been challenging for me. I was dealing with right hip and left knee pain/arthritis. I had to cut down on my exercising and felt my legs were getting weaker. I still did lifting videos nightly but not cardio/aerobic as marching hurt too much. On my own, I researched PT on YouTube and worked up a stretch/strengthen program every morning. The last month I've started your videos back in and feeling strong again. We can do this tho we are older. Tomorrow I'll do your Body Combat video. 🙏 💪 ♥

Thank you so, so, so much for this workout!!!! I hope you will create a lot more of this style of workout, which is ideal for people like me who are older, very heavyset, with mobility and back issues. The more basic, less “dance-y” style of this is much, much more do-able for me. Thanks so much. Please keep more of these style 🙏

So for the water....yes....I somehow went for binge eating to eat just 2 meals and even getting in some fast time 😅😅😅 didn't think it was possible and also...I wake up early not feeling groggy except work was brutal the day before. The sprint at the end....still chef's kiss 🎉.... Thank you Rick!

Rick, I love your workouts and you are SO fun to workout with too!
I have completed the last two videos since one went on so well it encourages me to do this one too hahahaha
I felt my blood flowing in my back, which i normally don't so that was something new! I will get my friends to do your videos too, because we can actually give ourselves 16 minutes of fun exercise without worrying of injury.
I love you for making these workouts and being so encouraging!! Keep these videos coming so we don't get bored easily!! :D

I tried this workout on yesterday and I couldn't believe it was 2000 steps. I did it😊. This was my first workout for today.

Great workout Rick, thanks. I've been doing your workouts for about 18m during lockdown. I usually go back to the same handful of videos which suit my abilities and have heard you ask people to subscribe so many times. Finally got round to smashing that bell a couple of weeks ago and am so glad I did as otherwise I would probably have missed this new one. Rick, I spend time with you every morning. I get out of bed at 4:30a.m. so I can make sure to get at least 15 minutes with you. It’s a great way to wake up and get stretched out and motivated for my busy workdays. I’m in my 60’s so it’s important to get a good start. My husband frequently asks if I’m spending time with Rick.
Since I work in an Endoscopy room all day there is a lot of standing and stress (sometimes physical and sometimes emotional/mental). Your workouts help me prepare for whatever is coming at me each day. I love your humor. You make me smile every single day. Thank you 💕😀

Thank you for the coaching session! Please remind everyone that they can do more than one 15 min walk in a day. Why not feel this good more often! Also, if you can take 15 min for a snack, wouldn't it be better spent on a walk? (maybe add in some water too!) Another great addition to my daily steps.

I grew up exercising when 'aerobics' was the word of the day, when I was a young teenager Rick. Jane Fonda, Richard Simmons, all those trainers from that day. I'm 58 this year, and I feel like your workouts, especially the body combat ones, have me in better shape now than I was back then. I certainly know much more about nutrition and how to exercise than I did back then.
