Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. I irritated my sciatic nerve a few weeks ago from lifting heavy weights. My ortho told me to do some gentle stretches today. 'when I got home I opened up my feed and found this flow. I am very grateful for this! very easy on the nerve and some of my favorite poses too.

I made yoga for 2 month.
I wake up better, my back pains are better, my feets are stronger and I can concentrate more at work.

I never believe that but now I know yoga is so amazing for the Body.

Love this style of yoga. Would love an idea to adapt the pose where the legs go over the head, since I don't have the flexibility to do it. Even with pillows, I could not do it.

I had just injured myself doing deadlift in the gym and I always come here on and off to use your videos for light stretching. I opened your page unable to barely walk properly and found the spine video. The recovery using all your videos is going slowly but smoothly appreciate it brother.
