Hello Ms. Jordan.Im from philippines. Im diabetic and i've been doing ur excercise for diabetes since MAY 2020 and now MAY 2021 my Doctor stop all my medication bcoz its now normal. From 223cbg before now 109-121 cbg. Proper diet and your excercise is a victory. Hope all ur followers can achieve same normal sugar with ur excercise. Thank yuo for doing this heartedly. Caroline I really liked this one. Diabetes runs in my family and I'm trying to prevent it as best I can. The length of this workout and exercises contained is just right for me. My schedule does not allow 30-minute walks 5 times a week. This makes me feel that I'm at least doing some exercises. I appreciate this!

The holidays are challenging. My A1c numbers have been managed very well in the last year. I made the decision with my doctor to come off my previous medication because of the side, and held off on being prescribed a new one. During Thanksgiving I have overeaten. I've been experiencing depression & my carb intake has been off the charts. I decided to come on YouTube to find an exercise video because my blood sugar level was 175. This video helped lift my mood & boost my energy. Due to its length and types of exercises I can consistently do this. Thank you!
