Doing squats and lunges has best lowering effect on my sugars..my blucon graph looks perfect post exercise in my CGM.

These are great little exercises to do if you don't want to leave the house. I'll definitely try them.
Up until now I've been going for a walk after meals, although sometimes it takes a while to lower blood glucose. I wear a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) even though I don't have diabetes. If I eat a meal that has a lot of carbs (e.g. oatmeal with dried fruit for breakfast) my glucose often shoots up to the mid 140s. By walking briskly, I can lower my blood glucose by one to three points per minute. I don't know why it's sometimes one point per minute and other times it's faster. So for example today, I went from 143 > 82 in 30 minutes (so 2 points/minute). Even though my glucose is low when I finish my exercise, if I sit down and start working at my desk, it often bounces right back. So when it bounced back up to 131, I went for another walk, and this time, 131-->82 after 25 minutes of walking.
Thanks again for posting this video with such easy exercises. For sure I'm going to come back to this video.

Thanks dude! These help a lot.
I do these exercises 50 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds active rest in between them.

Here is the list:
1) Squats
2) Calf raises
3) Sit to Stands
4) Step ups
5) Knee raises
6) Heel taps
7) Lunges
8) Hip abductions
9) Half squats
10) Toe raises

Be sure to watch the video for proper form though. I just made a list for re-watchers.

At least 40-50 minutes jogging daily will help you a lot to normalized your blood sugar and blood pressure as well.

Good stuff...I also walk and jog, intermittently, do elliptical and ride my bike. Everyday, I do 10k steps.

I was so scared about myself having a tremor so i suddenly searched it if it was a symptom of a diabetes. After that, i went to search in youtube on what are the best exercise for lowering diabetes, so i came to this video! This was the best exercise i've ever seen so i'll try this out and make a schedule for it!

My blood sugar was awful high(around 250) i want and i will lower those into normal level

Measuring your blood sugar before and after would have been the easiest, yet most convincing way of proving this argument. I still have my doubts.
