I just found out I had diabetes. I decided to start doing excercise. I found your videos. I started following and wow, my blood sugar started normalizing. Their easy but very much joint friendly since i also have an issue with my ankle.

Thank you so much. Youre really helping me through a tough time. I used to be more active and I don't know why I stopped. So I'm getting myself active again and it started with you. Im not even sure I have diabetes, I have felt tingling in my feet and hands and thats what made me watch you video and get up. You are correct movement is medicine. Thank you

Thank you!! Newly Dx with Diabetes and was looking for a workout routine. This is a great way to start. I have had two back operations and had to learn to walk again. I still have severe nerve damage on my lower right side, because of that damage I’m literally unable to do steps without railings on both side to help pull myself up..I can’t jump nor run. It’s not possible and never will be again. This video is perfect, I can do everything without issue. I’ll be making this my every morning routine.. and hope to find more to add. I appreciate you. Thank you for being you and helping others.
