I was maniacally laughing as i could not do a single workout properly 😂 why did i think i could do an intense lower ab workout as a complete beginner is beyond me 😂 but I won’t quit, I’ll just find more beginner friendly exercises to do, then hopefully I’ll work my way up to this 🙏🏼

The first time I did this (as well as your other videos with V In-Outs) I was never able to do the entire 45 or so. Today I kept up with you and finally feel stronger 😭 thank you always Maddie!

I have a problem.. I’m addicted to these workout videos now!! I can’t always make it to the gym and these are the best, I actually lose weight faster than the gym! I end up doing too many videos and that’s why I’m so sore like today lmao.
