Im gonna lose 20 lbs by the end April. I just started yesterday. I need to lose weight and get in shape before I start work in May as a performer. I know what to do. I lost almost 40 lbs 2 years ago. I went from 190 to 155 in 4 months. I did everything you did in the video including intermittent fasting.
I stop working out and eating healthy during the pandemic and now Im at 173 lbs. I know what I need do and Im gonna put myself in a calorie deficit for the next two months and do everything I did before to get fast results and then I will take it slow once I reach my goals. I'm doing this for medical reason before surgery and my job.

Love this video!!!! Thank you, thank you for sharing. I’m not counting calories either… makes me Feel good that I am not the only one NOT counting calories. To me, counting calories is not sustainable…. NO one is going to spend the rest of their lives counting calories. I started out 3.5 weeks ago and have lost lbs.
