My 100lb Weight Loss & Loose Skin - How Fasting Helped My Stretch Marks & Loose Skin - Thomas DeLauer

I lost a hundred pounds, so I'm pretty familiar with stretch marks on my body, and dealing with loose skin as well. During my weight loss journey I tried A LOT of different things that simply do NOT work for loose skin and stretch marks. On the flip side, I found a lot of things that truly did help me mitigate that loose skin and reduce the appearance of my stretch marks. So I want to share a lot of these hacks that I've learned along the way with you...

Consider this a guide to show you how fasting, and proper implementation of certain foods, can truly make a difference in terms of your loose skin. Let's not forget, some it comes down to genetics. Some people have better skin than others, but there are things that you can put into place that can help!

Hey Thomas! I watched my first video of yours in March 2020 (“this is my 100 lbs….transformation”). I was 302 lbs and miserable. Now, after a year and a half of intermittent fasting, a diet overhaul and exercise I’ve officially lost 103 lbs! For the first time since 8th grade I’m under 200 lbs!

Thank you for everything you do! Your videos have really helped change my life!

I had dark circles like crazy no matter how much I slept...now that I fast alot...my skin is brighter and my dark circles are gone....who knew!

Hi Thomas 👋 I wanted to Thank you for the great info and inspiration. 8 months ago after years of depression I weighed 495 lbs. I have fasted almost every day. Most of the days were over 20 hrs. I also worked out 4 days a week at least 45 mins each time. Doing 20 min of cardio and weight lifting 💪 Now 8 months later following alot of your teachings I'm down to 397 lbs and lifting much heavier weights and 40 minutes of cardio. Can't tell ya how proud I am of myself and really appreciate you and your info. Thanks!👊

I'm a 350 lb 50 year old man (who because of my weight is constantly misgendered), and this is my second attempt at Keto, the first time I had a dramatic weight loss then returned to my old habits. However, I soon noticed my belly fat growing and face swelling, so I got back on the wagon. Anyway, I just wanted you to know what an inspiration you are, because otherwise I was on cruise control for liver disease, full blown diabetes, and heart failure. Additionally, my next steps will be to stop smoking (I know, I'm a train wreck) but you know, not quite baby steps anymore, plus you came recommended and I just wanted to let know your videos are a big help and a huge blessing.

I've recently lost 92 pounds in 9 months with intermittent fasting, keto and carnivore with daily collagen in my coffee too. My skin looks amazing! I made sure to hit my protein goals so I wouldn't lose my lean muscle - only the fat! I honestly think the intermittent fasting was key in keeping my skin looking like I never gained the weight. Great video and I'm a HUGE fan! <3

Love the info on autophagy, loose skin and collagen... Lost 80 lbs, over the last year, using keto and your videos... I have definitely noticed improvement in stretch marks and very little loose skin. Thanks, Thomas!

Thomas, thank you, your channel is gold.
I'm a 55 yo female who started getting the menospread around the middle, and starting to sag everywhere. I mean everything was falling south! I started fasting 16 to 19 hrs. I lost 10lbs within 2 weeks. I was also doing some light resistance trainingwith bands and walking. (BTW I hate working out) I added 1000 mg of Vitamin C along with my collegen building protein from Sunwarrior, just get this stuff! In reference to the extra skin, I started using organic cold pressed castor oil on my saggy areas and face. Wow big difference wrinkles, dimples and toned look.
I swear I'm reverse aging !

Man can be happy to loose 100 lbs and not be concerned about loose skin and or stretch marks till it actually happens. Either natural weight loss or gastric surgery for sure loose skin is going to happen. Thank you for all these products and food suggestions to help with loose skin results. I lost 45 lbs before gastric sleeve and now lost 45 more lbs. In 3 months after surgery. I recorded all my measurements at beginning of my diet with intermittent fasting. And i did my measurements day before the sleeve surgery and now 3 months after surgery. Have not been able to intermittent fast these past 3 months and i can tell the 45 lbs weight loss in that time left me with loose old looking skin. I am 67 years old and fill 30 years old but look 80 years old. Planning to start the intermittent fasting up again and resistance exercises to help slow up muscle loss and revitalize my skin again. If i did not do intermittent fasting before the sleeve surgery i can't imagine how bad my skin would be now. 100 lb weight loss gave me 15 less inches on my waist 12 less inches on my neck. 6 less inches on each of my biceps and 6 less inches on each thigh. Plus 6 less inches on my chest. No more insulin or blood pressure and cardiac meds. Testosterone returned and i can actually see willy when i go pee!!

I've lost 120lbs since July 2nd 2018. I credit keto and intermittent fasting for doing it almost a year and a half and still doing it for NOT needing skin removal surgery.
