I went on a 800 calorie a day diet and went from 220 to 188 in about 7 weeks. I worked out and ran a mile a day on the treadmill. I drank black coffee that sped up my system and drank about 8 bottles of water a day. You want to lose weight you have to cut calories.

At one point in my young hood,
I was going to the military.
284 lbs is what I weighed when I enlisted.
219 is what I weighed when I began boot camp.
I enlisted in high school and graduated the same weight.
I was coming to my deadline
June 2nd is when I graduated and September 30th was my ship date.
August 2nd was my official start of my transformation.
My recruiter was pissed I wasn’t near my weight and I thought to myself. Shot I’m gonna disappoint a lot of people if I don’t go.
65 lbs in less than two months.
I ran elliptical everyday for 2 miles till my time was crazy fast. Faster than military standards. I’m glad I ran 2 miles every day though because that was minimum in my company at the army.
In my transformation period I also boxed for 4-5 hours. Sauna and the pool were like 30 minutes combined daily so I can relax my muscles and not feel the pain my legs were in standing up.

I ate 2 off those salads from Albertsons that are prepackaged. And chicken or salmon later on. It was horrific.

In the military I was still barely able to do my push-ups for a long time so daily they made everyone do them but I practiced during our bed time too I was able to go from barely 5 push-ups to 70 push-ups chest on ground to full arm extension.
With weight on my back I think it was my assault pack and a skinny kid who I don’t know How he made it past meps. I believe in this diet and workout idea because I did it before. But even then some guy in the army did 100 lbs in the same time I did my 65 I forgot his name too but I end up getting severely injured and had to get medical discharge. Lucky me everyone says but I always feel shame from coming home at the very last stage where everything became easy on us. Blue phase.

Also keep checking your weight. The dropping 2.2 lbs every day after your morning deuce feels so fucking amazing.

To summarize
800-1000 calories daily
Morning shit (-2.2lbs)
6 hours of cardio.
Shower sleep
Think of the cool shit you’re gonna start doing once you’re lighter.

I did replicate this before even saying this. I lose 36 lbs in a month. It’s super easy actually when you have stored fat. Once your body gets used to It (for me 5 days) It was a piece of cake. I was no longer hungry.

I been eating about 12 to 1300 calories a day now for the past month and lost 17 lbs, and now it's my lifestyle and it kinda blow my mind how I used to go to a fast food spot and eat about 1700 calories a sitting, I'm glad I started this calorie cut and I have 25 more LBS to go until I reach my goal💪

I ate 1200 calories for 4-5 months, only chicken and Whole Foods(veggies and fruits) and dropped from 255lbs to 140lbs (I’m a 5’3 male) and ran 3 miles everyday and included weight lifting and soccer 3 times a week :)

I just finished my first week of a 800 calorie diet. Im also using phentermine 37.5 at the moment to sustain the hunger cravings. But im excited! Im 350 pounds age 22. about 40ish percent body fat might be closer to 42 now. Hoping to get down to 220. Ive done this before i went from 280-200 when i was 16. I hope everyone else keeps up the work they are doing.

Update: 9-15-23 I'm currently at 322 pounds. I stopped the 800 a day, I'm up to 1100 calories a day that includes 2 diffrent protien supplements. Mostly chicken and fish. And alot of Brussel sprouts.. also Thank you so much for your guys words, I appreciate it❤️

Goggins didn't do sets of 8-12. He did sets of at least 100. And max 500.

Is not really punishing yourself is more mind control just have to discipline yourself, once you see results the more easier it becomes just have to stay consistent

I lost 40 pounds this way and kept it off for 8 years!! I was running 70 miles a week eating 250 calories a day!!! I did it in 2 weeks in Christmas break my senior year! Then became a Marine and had a successful career!!

In 2013 I went from 245 to 155 between August and November just eating minimal tuna, chicken, tortillas, vegetables and occasional Subway. Felt like Spiderman, became a Marine Infantryman. Abysmal depression is a hell of a drug 😂

I would wake up, go to the gym, walk to work (on my feet moving product all day), walk back to my car, go home and watch Never Back Down and RedBull mountain biking videos, stretch and do calisthenics and go mountain biking on weekends and do agility/step work on a curb outside any time I got bored.

I shed about 4-6 lbs a week being im 6’3 but have to be super strict day in and day out with some quick 30 minute weight training / hiit workout once a day especially cheat day

I have two tips. You can freeze your spinach in a ziplock bag and go to a chinese restaurant and buy a large container of rice.

So this is really like one meal a day in a sense. Which definitely can be done. You can achieve weight loss with 1 meal a day and not work out but with exercise like this too, it’s harder but can be done. It’s all what you make up your mind to do.

I did this with OMAD, easy, then banna and protein shake after workout, OMAD full meal around 1200 Kcal, but work out should be HITT/ TABATA. KETTLEBELL is all you need😊 Better no processed food

I did something similar, although I was more severe on the caloric restriction(600 cal) and not so much on the physical exercise. Reason why I said that is because I never did any exercises, the nature of my job at the time was strenuous physical work for 10-12 hrs, sweating constantly and exposed to the elements no matter the weather. so I cant say for sure on the exercise but I did lose 70 lbs within 2 months. Dropped from 240lbs-170lbs, it was great. Brain Foggy at times but great overall.

I lift weights 3 times a week
Do cardio on a spin bike 2 to 3 times a week plus average 11000 steps per day I eat 2000 clean calories ive lost 40 lbs over a year
My problem is I drink 5 to 8 beers a day
I'm not fat just can't loose that last 10 lbs

David was in a very specific situation and if I remember correctly, he didn't have much time to loose that weight. If anyone can afford to loose weight in a way that is less brutal, do that. David is to be admired for his resilience, but being that hard on yourself, is a way of life. It's not a necessity to be fit, happy and healthy.

I was 14 stone and I'm only 5f 7. Started eating minimal carbs. apple cider vinegar every morning I swear really helps. Swimming 4 times a week and got myself a pull up and dip station which sits in my garden. I'm now 11.5 stone and look better than I did I'm my twenties. I'm 40 years old.
Swimming got boring so took up playing tennis 3 times a week
