Join me in this simple and gentle 10 minute morning yoga sequence to wake you up and stretch.

Good morning and welcome to my channel. I'm going to take you through this simple 10 minute morning yoga sequence to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners and no props are needed.

All of the poses will be done seated to make it accessible for all. You could even do these poses on your bed if you'd like before beginning your day! I'll take you through poses like seated twist and side bend, seated pigeon pose and butterfly fold. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly. This is an opportunity to connect with our breath and begin the day with mindful movement and intention.

My daughter has introduced me to you and your channel. I’m 65 and have noticed my balance is not what it used to be. I am so thankful I can work with you daily to get my balance back and hopefully tone up in the process! Your voice is so calm and your instructions are spot on making it easy to understand what you want and to understand the correct form

I have chronic pelvic pain. My physiotherapist asked me to add 10min yoga after my regular training, and showed me one of your vids as example. I'm not healed, but I swear it hurts a bit less, and people with chronic pain knows how much that means for your everyday. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤

Hi Miss Kassandra. My name is Jerri and I absolutely love this video in particular because I have multiple neurological problems that cause me not able to move around with ease anymore..for the fact that you make these videos not only with no props, but also make them easy for someone even with the disabilities that I have is literally the most amazing thing I have ever seen!!
