Join me in this simple and gentle 10 minute morning yoga sequence to wake you up and stretch.
Good morning and welcome to my channel. I'm going to take you through this simple 10 minute morning yoga sequence to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners and no props are needed.
All of the poses will be done seated to make it accessible for all. You could even do these poses on your bed if you'd like before beginning your day! I'll take you through poses like seated twist and side bend, seated pigeon pose and butterfly fold. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly. This is an opportunity to connect with our breath and begin the day with mindful movement and intention.
