This is probably one of my favorite videos so far. It is fun quick, not too hard with great music. I’ve done this video like every day and I can feel the results. I always look forward to your next videos. It feels like I have a workout partner with your videos and because of them I have body I always wanted. Thanks for pushing me, and having a fun workout. Привет, Мизи! Мне 61 год. Благодаря твоим тренировкам подтянула все тело. Занималась по другим программам, но твои самые эыфективные . Чередую каждый день разные . При росте 162 мой вес 49 кг. Появилась гибкость. Главное в тренировке правильно выполнять упражнения и хорошо пропотеть. Ну и снижение калорий. Без правильного питания ничего не добиться. Спасибо тебе, дорогая девочка!

I love your short workouts! The music is great and the videos are short enough that I can do them everyday. When I’m feeling lazy, I simply push myself to move it, assuring myself that it’ll take a mere 15 minutes and I get to listen to good music as a bonus. I started with your arm videos and have now tried several of the 15 minutes ones. Even if I go a tad slower than you, I still feel the burn. Your exercises work great but consistency, good form, and sensible eating are part of the whole thing. I’m over 60 and I am motivated to maintain an exercise regimen if I hope to remain mobile for many more years. Keep up the good work!

I did August schedule and now am doing September schedule am really happy these were not just workout it took of my mind about many sad things that makes me desperate Iam working hard and am proud about it thank you mizi I see you like star took me to a positive place in my life really writing this from the bottom of my heart wish you a great years and happy days love you 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

Just completed 98th day of belly workout excluding 15 resting days! Just two days and I will hot century ! Feeling so accomplished at the end of this workout ! 15 minutes for belly workout just feel right and light fresh and positive !

Could you please please make video on lower body dumbell workout .
