I drink water + ACV + lemon juice + cinnamon + turmeric first thing every morning. Mainly because of Thomas' recommendations. Am I diminishing my fat burning potential by just drinking plain water? I guess I could drink it later on. I just chug it because I absolutely hate the taste of ACV. I am willing to try anything because my weight loss has stalled considerably. Losing 1-2 pounds a week now and I am still a good 40-50 pounds from my goal. I worry that I may have slowed my metabolism too much by going all in on fasting and have switched to OMAD 5 days a week with 2 days of fasting. I love to fast and do not find it difficult, which may be the issue. 32 pounds down, but most of the loss was the first 10 days.

You stated that this research is “relatively new” but when you show the article it states that it was published in 2007. Is that information relatively new? I guess in your opinion it is.
