Ive been doing this routine 5 days a week so far for the last few weeks, (along with eating better) I've already been slamming slimming down! This routine defiantly targets your mind section and strengthens your arms. I recommend this to anyone!

I have done this every single day for almost a year, the results are almost astounding. My entire body is far more sculptured and sturdy and I have less excess fat. This combined with eating well has made me feel far happier within myself and I am very thankful

I love how she's not hiding her pain this is what a real workout looks like fighting through the pain and I like how she call out those who might keep there head down because realistically I've had that thought lol love this!

First time I did this today, never knew humor could make you forget how excruciating the pain is (gained so much and this made me realize how much out of shape I am lol). Felt like I was doing yoga with a friend. Doing this everyday!!!

I have tried so many yoga videos and instructors on YouTube, and this is the first video I really enjoy! There are no “impossible” poses which destroy your motivation within a few seconds and I really feel full of energy after doing it! Thank you so much for posting this!

I have been doing this every day and I can already see great results. Changed my eating habits a little. the bikini shorts that were digging into me quite a bit 2 weeks ago are now hardly digging in. I definitely recommend doing this if you want to lose belly fat! I'll post an update after 3 more weeks of doing this.

Update: This has changed my life, I feel more comfortable in my body and in my opinion this workout helps with losing belly fat and gaining more flexibility in your hips. I have been doing this and will continue just to get some daily exercise.

i did this routine everyday for a year in 2017 and i was in my best ever shape, now i'm getting back into it!! can't wait to get those results again, best video out there.

will just say that this has been showing me excellent results! i have been doing 5 yoga routines a day. two of them (this one and the 15 minute morning sun salutations yoga flow by yoga with kassandra) are more exercise. then the other three (10 minute morning yoga full body stretch by yoga with kassandra, yoga for bloating by sarahbeth yoga, and 10 minute evening stretch-betime yoga for beginners by yoga with kassandra) are really relaxing and chill. i have seen great results in very little time. i haven't been dieting (trying to eat better, yes, slightly. but not dieting) and i take walks at least 3 times a week (very leisurely, nothing rushed. its only for like 30 minutes a day). im not terribly active, but this yoga has helped me a lot! hope this comment helps someone :))) have a blessed day!

I’ve been doing this for at least 4-6 days now and trust me, it gets way easier!!! I can do this whole video now without a single pose missed! Highly recommend this workout!

I have been doing this workout almost every day since this video was published and I can assure it's very effective. Even though I've memorized the whole workout and can do it easily by myself, sometimes I still like to do it while watching the video because Jenna is so kind. I also have mild scoliosis so I have to carefully pick out the workouts I do (this one is safe) and this one is by far my favourite and I also use it as a warm up before running. All in all, a great workout.

So about a year ago I did this video a few times per week. Then, I went to the gym and started doing weights with 90+ pounds on the abs. I recently came back to this video and it sure is an incredible abdominal workout!! My abs are burning!!
