I have been doing this, along with about 6 other of your videos twice daily, and I'm proud to say that this was the first day I could go the entire workout without putting my arms down and standing up during the dive part. Thanks so much Cassey. I've lost ten pounds already. 💪

When I was 8 years old I got anorexia, and lost almost all my muscle and confidence. It made me so insecure about everything I did physically and I hated almost every sport that exists. I finally recovered from anorexia but felt even less confident and I still hated all sports (mainly cause I was so weak but also cause my pe teacher didn't like me and seriously one time when we had a sports day in school I was there but I wasn't the year before cause I had so much anxiety, she literally said "I'm so glad that EVERYONE is here" and looked angry at me). Then finally I found you channel Cassey. You made me really think different about my body and loving myself. You make it so fun to be healthy and encourage everyone to keep going even though it's hard. You made me happier and my body stronger and now I feel like I could run a thousand miles and no one can stop me. You are one of the most inspiring people I've ever seen and I love you so so so much.❤️
