Day 1 ✅
Day 2✅(really felt the burn today)
Day 3✅(lol idk if it was just me but my arms looked a bit slimmer)
Day 4✅(didn't feel as sore today)
Day 5 ❌I skipped today😭 because I was really busy studying but I'll do it for an extra day:)
Day 6✅
Day 7✅okay so not much difference, I lost like 0, 3cm on each arm but small differences are amazing aswell, my arms definitely feel much stronger

I’ll do this and then a 45 min workout everyday.
Start:
right arm: 30.5 cm
Left arm: 30 cm
Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: ✅ I also did an hour and a half training
Day 4: ✅
Day 5: skip
Day 6:✅✅ i did it two times
Day 7: ✅ tomorrow I’ll measure
End:
Right arm: 29 cm
Left arm: 29 cm
I’ll do this for another week☺️

Will be doing this
Initial measurement :
L: 12.3 inch. R: 12.1 inch.
Day 1: felt the burn.😓
Day 2: periods started but still did it. Felt as if my arms became slimmer and I was shocked to see 0.2inch less on both arms 😍. Can't believe it.
Day 3: Felt stronger, exercises became easy to do. Did not hurt so much. Will power through 👍🏻.
Day 4: arms felt slimmer 😭

Start: Left arm:30.5cm
Right arm:31.5 cm
Day 1: ✅ did it and was difficult I started with weights but then I completed the exercise without weights
Day 2:✅did it my arms are on firee🔥 Day 3:✅ I love when my arms are on fire. The only thing I want to say is that my arms have became stronger.
Day 4:✅ Today I did it easily. I mean it was not that difficult. And my brother today said that my arms look a little slimmer but I cannot see that much of a difference in those flabby arms till now but they feel really toned
Day 5:❎ I was really busy today
Day 6:✅did it
Day 7:✅did it. As today is the result day I would say that there is not a lot of difference in my flabby arms. But they are toned. I am going to continue this for sure because I feel that everything takes time. I am feeling strong for sure

just saying i’ve been doing this for about 1 week and abit on and off and my arms are looking so fucking good! like they used to be fat and chubby and that’s all you could see but now i’m starting to see lines defining my muscles!!! it burns like hell but it’s totally worth it i’m in this for the long run!! thankyou dude🖤🌊🌻✌️💫

Day 3❌: I didn’t do todays because I am doing gymnastics and my arms are already tired so I’m taking a brake with my arms lol

I tried this workout for 7 days...here are the results of 7 days
1st day
Left arm (upper part) 12.1 inch
Left arm (lower part (near elbow)) 11 inch
Right arm (upper part) 12 inch
Right arm (lower part ( near elbow)) 11 inch
Results (7th day) 🤩🥳
Right arm (upper) 11.6 inch
Right arm (lower) 10.6 inch

I started yesterday and doing this as part of a 40 day challenge. I'm using 2kg and 1kg weights.
Start left 26 cm, right 25 cm

Day 8 Rest day. Update: I am actually on my 22th day (started with 14 days of Lilly's 40 day challenge). I initially lost 1 cm on each arm. This week, my arms did not get smaller, but they're certainly more toned and I feel my muscles!

Hey guys, I’m not new to working out, I have tried many workouts over the span of two years and nothing has really seemed to work for me. I hope Lily sabri workouts will give me the results I want!

Day1: complete! Can feel the burn!
Day2: complete for some reason not as hard but still hard no difference yet!
Day3: feel the burn but no results yet
Day4: not sure if I’m hallucinating or not but my arms feel the tiniest bit slimmer.
Day 6: at a sleepover
Day7: complete, slight change.
Day8: same slight change.

Day 1(9 feb) : ✅ did a few with weights and a few without weights, really loved the way it made my arms burn! Kinda dead but oh well, I know that it will get easier~ will be back tomorrow to update!!❣
