It feels like it's been ages since we had an arms workout on the channel! I hope you love this 5 minute cardio + toning workout to get lean and sculpted pilates arms! Day 1:done
Day 2:done. My arms don't hurt as much. Perhaps that's partly because I did it in the morning while yesterday I did it at night. Also thank you for the heart, it motivated me a lot!
Skipped a day
Day 3:done. I feel good after this workout so even if you are worried that the results won't come fast or won't be too big know that the feeling afterwards is worth it ✊
Day 4:done.Hadn't done it in about a week.
Day 5 ✔ Came back after a month 😂
Day 6 ✔ Didn't do it for a day
Day 7 ✔It burns but in a good way!
Day 8 ✔
Didn't do it for 5 days
Day 9 ✔
Day 10✔ came back after a month? again
Didn't do it for 2 days

I’ve been doing this work out as well as the 5 minute ‘toned and defined arms’ video everyday for the last 3 days and I’m going to keep going until I’ve done 14 days (maybe longer) and I will update with my results here 😁 I have been using 1kg (which is around 2 pounds) weights but hoping to increase this to 2kg soon when I get a little stronger!! I have also been doing around 30 minutes of cardio whilst being in a caloric deficit each day, as well as some of Bailey’s abs and leg workouts. My arms are a real tough spot for me, my fat there is soooo stubborn! My starting measurements are both arms at 13 inches.

Day 1: ✔️ done and was hard!! Had to drop my arms a couple of times before the end
Day 2: ✔️ still felt hard but made it through without
Day 3: ✔️ felt a little easier today but the burn is still very real!!
Day 4: ✔️ almost didn’t exercise at all today but pushed myself! Did ten mins cardio and then the two arm videos. Better than nothing 😊😊
Day 5: ✔️ I’ve also been eating really clean this week so hopefully will start to see some results soon
Day 6: ✔️ done!! Felt really good today. Starting to get easier but still challenging. I’m doing a 15km hike tomorrow so may not do this tomorrow. I feel a rest day could do my arms good anyway?
Day 7: rest day for the arms, completed hike instead. Will add on an extra day to the end 😊
Day 8: ✔️ would go as far as saying this felt quite easy today?!?! May try using 2kg weights tomorrow.
Day 9: ✔️ done!! I’ve decided to stick with the 1kg weights until the 15 days are up to see what the results are when you are only using light weights. I still feel the burn with the 1kg 😊

Day 12: ✔️
Day 13: ✔️ it is my birthday tomorrow and I plan on eating A LOT of cake so who knows if I will do it tomorrow 🙈

I do this every another day, 3 weeks ago i starten. The thing i noticed was my bust is lifted, my arms ar also getting stonger, one question how heavy are your weights?
