So I’ve been doing this exercise about 3 times a week for about 3-4 weeks and it really works. I know a lot people check comments to see if this workout works and it really does. There is a lot of more definition in my arms without making them bulky. It makes your arms lean and toned!

Love that you do the exercises slowly - a lot of YouTubers rush everything, and for an oldie like me I can't perform it properly unless it's a nice, slow pace.

I started doing this workout one year ago, when I decided that fitness was going to be a life long commitment not just a diet or way to lose weight. I wanted to be fit and strong. Thank you for showing me how to turn my flab into fab at 60 years young! Your routines are easy to follow, fun to do and I felt the burn on the first set! You are inspiring me and it feels great to get back in shape. How many days a week should I do this routine along with my aerobic exercise? Blessings to you.

Hello every one, I am here again. For one full month I didn't workout at all -one of my dear friends passed away so, so suddenly andI felt so low for quite some time. I bounced back and I am so, so motivated to workout again. It is not going to be easy but as my mom used to say "when there is a will, there is a way. Wish me luck. I HAVE TO LOOK GOOD AND TONED for my Bday. Love you all!! June 18, 2022.

I do most of your videos, and this is my FAVORITE arm workout! I love that I can keep my 10LBS for this one and I don't have to do any drop sets. I can feel the burn, Rebecca!

Kellie, I tried this with 3 lbs and did it for the first time.  This is a short great workout! I plan on doing this every other day for about 8 weeks along with some ab toning and on the day I don't do it, I'm getting 30 mns of cardio in.  I'm a pretty heavy girl so need to start out slow.  This workout I can definitely handle.  Thanks for doing this one...love the slow movements! Can really feel the burn! Wish me luck!

I love it. I did the entire routine with 5 lbs on each side and could feel the burn. All I want is to tone my arms not to get them bulky so this is perfect!
