I've had to keep this a secret for sooo long, I can't believe I FINALLY get to share it with you!! Are you ready?!?

Today, the Blogilates collection is relaunching in Targets across the US!! I'm obsessed with some of the new items, especially the gold weight rack and the one GALLON water bottle!

To celebrate, I wanted to do a workout you've been asking for... weighted arms! So grab a set of light & heavy weights, and let's get started! If you don't have weights, you can use resistance bands! There will be an options box that will help you with that. If you don't have either, you can substitute the weights for anything from water bottles, wine bottles, or cans of food. Are you ready?!!

For the shoulder press make sure your elbows are slightly in front, not straight out from your body, so that you don't hurt your shoulder and elbow joints! Also, it targets the shoulder better 😁

This workout is the best!! I am living for the weighted workouts and the ones with equipment in general. It really makes me feel like i am elevating my workout game after years of doing pop pilates! I have never felt better 🥰 also btw cassey you are GLOWING, you look so beautiful 🧚‍♂️ ✨

This is the first year I committed to being fully consistent with working out. I only needed to pause once for a tiny bit on the very last move. Soooo proud of myself 😊

i love that you got a lot of vids with weights now! i do every exercise two or three times to create a set and finally build a consistent plan. i did your calendar and some challenges regularly last year and had more strength overall, especially core - than compared to 3 yrs ago going to the gym and doing whatever (even tho my muscle mass was bigger then)

I’m sooo proud of you Cassey! I need to save up for those beautiful dumbbells but I’ll live with my plain ones for now 😉 this was a great workout and please go heavier or maybe kettlebells??? I would only suggest to change the airhorn back to your old ring but that’s my opinion. The air horns were a bit jarring 😅
