I have done this one a couple of times, but never been able to go through the entire thing without stopping for a second. Guess what guys. I made it through the entire video without stopping this time!! PROGRESS! 😭✊️💪💪

Honestly, I've been working out since June 2017, I was called "fat" and "ugly" repeatedly by people in my class, and sometimes my own friends. One time, my friends were talking to a group of boys in my class and they challenged us to arm wrestle them, there was this one guy that I liked, and when they set me and him to wrestle he said "she's fat" and I was somewhat heart broken and I still remember those exact words and how I felt. Those 2 words made me who I am now, I got motivated to eat healthier and workout everyday. I honestly ate at least 4000 calories A DAY for like everyday? I had no self control over myself and I started to put more weight, but I lost 20 pounds overall and I feel much happier now.

Dear Cassey. Thank you. I'm currently 13 years old and I have known your channel for about one year. Before I knew about your channel, I was so unhealthy. I would have sugary frozen pancakes for breakfast, pizza bagels and cookies for lunch, and I'd eat loads and loads of plates of dinner. I also had a whole batch of cookies every night!! I never exercised and only knew 2 moves: push-up and sit-ups. Then, I came across your channel. I originally came here to get a bikini body. I stay today because exercising and eating healthy makes me feel so happy. I feel healthy, energetic, and so much happier. A little while ago, I fell of my healthy wagon. I began eating so much more junk and doing so much less exercise. My skin was even getting acne again- where as it hasn't since I started being healthy. I got back on the healthy wagon and my skin cleared up. Thank you so much cassey. You made me healthier in my younger years so it's easier in my old ones. I'm sure many others can say the same.

This is crazy... I have had huge arms my entire life, and I had never been able to loose my arm fat. I was able to make them smaller by doing cardio and bardips, but I was not satisfied with the way it looked.. they got smaller but they were still in the same shape... I have been doing Blogilates arm exercises 4 times a day for a week (6min to sexy arms, quick burn arms, quick triceps..), and I have already lost 4mm of the circumference of my arms! My arms look toner than before, and I cannnot wait to get the perfect arms that I have been dreaming of. Thank you for these awesome workout videos Cassey. Your videos are so fun, and they certainly work!

I had such a lazy weekend and didn't work out at all. The guilt was eating me alive so on Sunday before shower I rolled out the mat and did 40 minutes of Cassey's videos! So proud of myself for pushing myself! I feel so energized now. And then I see Cassey's uploaded a new arm video?? I'm definitely gonna do this now!

Also, I just wanna say - Don't fight the pain, embrace it: When you fight it, you only feel the pain. When you embrace it you are asking for the pain so you feel confident about yourself and can believe that you can do it. (Idk how I typed all this because my arms are actually shivering lol)
