I have been doing your standing abs workouts for 3 weeks now. On my breaks at work. I have lost about 3 inches on my waist. I’m going to keep it up! I do 3 of your ab workouts a day, 7 days a week.

I love that these 7 minute workouts are free to us. I'm so tired by the time the kids go to bed, but telling myself "I can do 7 minutes... It's just 7 minutes." convinces me to search for a video. Thank you for making these free for us!

Where have you been all my life!! OMG!! I happen to come across this video of yours about a week ago and gave it shot. I have back issues and other work outs have caused pain. But the way you teach each move and give variations is incredible! I have done this work out for a week now along with other videos you have and I am already seeing results! Unbelievable!! This works! I have been doing one and done and this. 3 weeks ago I got upset dress shopping with my sister as I had put on so much weight so I started your program and added this to the mix. In such a little amount of time I am already getting into jeans I could get into a month ago and even managed to get into a pair of trousers that are 17 years old! I feel so much better already. Not even a month in. Thank you x
