20 Min Standing Abs Workout: Lose Upper Belly And Lower Belly Fat

With this video workout I have uploaded today, I will help you achieve abs and burn belly fat by doing these body-weight exercises at home!

This is a standing workout challenge which means that you don't need to lie down or go on all fours. All routines are done standing up and is a combination of ab routines that will efficiently burn belly fat while building muscles in your core as you move, thus making your ab muscles more visible giving you a leaner core!

I’ve done their work outs a few years ago and saw results. Unfortunately I started eating wrong and stop working and gained weight again. Found their videos again and go to start back up. Highly recommend these video and they are very easy to do. Ate better and did these workout once in the morning before work and before bed lost 60lbs

I tried it this morning. It's a very light training....you really can repeat it every morning without being tired the next day☺️

Thank you Roberta's Gym. Yesterday (January 7, 2024) I exercised with you for the first time. Today is the second day of repeating the same exercise. Hopefully I can be consistent, try to be healthier and happier.

that was intense (for me at lest) I wanna stay I shape and lose like 10lbs or smth and just be in control but if you want to be sweating like hell this is for you def doing this again I’ll update btw rn I’m 136 and I wanna be like 120!

Great Roberta 👍I Shed out 35 kilos consistently Workout daily in 11 month doing exercises after watching and following you, your exercises are really helpful anyone can done in ease like me used to 105 kilo limited to do only what i can do. For us you brings out varieties of exercises any one can choose what they can do. Thanks Roberta for making such self help videos.🤗😊

Day 1:it was hard but I still did it
Day 2:getting used to it
Day 3:noticing changes
Day 4: it’s becoming easier and I see so more changes
Day 5: same as day 4
Day:6 so much changes and it’s so much easier then the first time I did it

I lost about 2 kgs doing just this exercise for half a month and intermittent fasting. I’m now getting back into this exercise now

Lying on the bed and watching it in midnight 🙌🏻

6 Oct 2023: From lying down and watching in midnight to successfully finishing it for day 1, I have started it with a bang. What can I say about Roberta's this routine. Omg it's absolutely crushing, I could see and feel my heart racing so much like it's in some kind of competition and I could see myself sweat at the end of routine. Sumo hold was the hardest one for me.

I remember I am saying myself while working out that "Doing workout is so much fun, do it again. And another one, waking up early in morning and doing workout is so much fun" which I am going to stick on my vision board btw do that I can remember it every time I see it.

Thank you Roberta. I sincerely hope I'll be continuous with you. My goal is not to lose fat or anything to be honest, my goal is to simply be consistent in my workout as a result I will shed significant amount of fat is what goes without saying.

Let's do this Pradnya and Roberta.

7 October 2023: Its my day 2 of period. So i didnt do the cardio exercises, whereas I did the Roberta's period exercise. I will continue doing that only till my period subsides. Thank you Roberta. Amen.

Mother of four here, so for years I thought I couldn’t get definition back in my stomach and my GOD I see it coming even my back is UNBIGGING 😂😂I love this so much and it really does work but to be fair I also walk 6 miles every morning and I do yoga as well but adding this to my regimen has been sculpting my body in ways I couldn’t do alone …thank you so much 🥰

Current weight:72 kgs
Goal weight:65 kgs

Day:1- done the exercise along with 40mins walking and 2kg dumbell lifting;
Feeling tired with body pain.

After from holiday in Phuket i gained weight from 53.6kg become 54.4kg. Then i used this kind of exercise for 1week now and not eating rice for 3days just meats and vegetables. Now my weight become 53.1kg so happy with the results even though the sumo hold is the hardest one for me but i still keep doing it. I use this exercise for 50minutes everyday.
