Awesome, effective exercise. For me, this option is convenient when I go in for sports late in the evening. No jumping so as not to disturb the neighbors.

This is my first time doing one of your work outs ❤ I really like it but I can't get my legs or the first work out up very hi I am almost 53 but I am trying my best I can not get my leg all the way down either will this help me because I can't do just like you and do you know how much weight I can lose doing this work out and about how long I trying get some weight off before Christmas 🎄

If I doing different work outs of your every day some days I do 3 or 4 different work outs you have out on here should I not do that just do the one for a month then one of your other ones I thought the more different ones I could do the more I might loss faster can you please tellme

I sorry do I hold my belly in the the whole time I am working out do I let out when you said in and out will I get the same weight loss if I have to take a break in the work out I get out of breath because of my lungs 🫁 🤔 and ❤ thank you I am trying my hardest and best
