Wow great little spicy workout. Shorter over all time, longer time for each move and NO Repeats and no break in the middle of the workout. Full body sweaty workout with lots of bears and our friend Jack. Let's have another one of these Heather....loved the music too.

I started working out with Heather about 3 1/2 years ago mainly to build endurance, strength and stamina due to a very stressful career. This was my therapy during lockdown and also when I was laid off due to Covid. Thank you Heather for portraying a strong, independent, healthy female role model for me and clearly several thousand other people. I am 48 and feel like I am 30!!!

I've been working out with Heather for over two years now and have always followed the 40 min HIIT sessions or the AMRAP ones. However after contracting COVID over Christmas, I've been struggling with super intense workouts. This was the perfect length and mix for someone "easing" into HIIT. Thanks Heather again for delivering the goods!
