I just finished this workout, and I want to share my appreciation. I have lost 30 lbs since September, and your channel has been part of my weekly exercise rotation. I gained weight during the pandemic and have been getting frustrated with gyms closing every time I try to go back. Last September, I decided to do routines that I could do at home so I won’t have excuses not to exercise. That’s when I discovered your channel, and I like the routines you put out. Though sometimes very difficult, I saw great results. I just wanna say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for getting me closer to my best shape ever. SO amazing. I'm a 49 year old female 144lbs, 5'8". I do HIIT daily with weights intermittently. It's hard for me to work up a full body sweat, so I started to do male routines thinking they would be harder and push me. This is the one! I finally reached a full body sweat, head to toe. On some of the exercises I added in 5kg weights (just holding) to add some weights to my upper body while doing lunges, etc. I feel FANTASTIC. I am building muscle by the day. Feels so good to workout your entire body and really feel it. Thank you so much! If I can do this workout, anyone can!

I really like this workout as well as the 15min, I use the 15min as a warmup. I workout from home since I'm one of those over-the-hill, 2x Oliver's age Seniors, who is afraid of catching COVID at the gym, but I can do every routine with reasonably good form. Thanks for offering a great workout that is actually a HIIT!
