Today's full body HIIT is going to be fierce!! No repeats and no equipment in today's home workout. We will only be performing each body weight exercise one time so this 20 minute HIIT workout is going to fly by - which is great for people who need a quick sweat sesh or for those that get bored easily! Just follow along and do your best!

I wake up every morning Monday to Friday at 5:30 am to do your workouts! The 30 mins videos are perfect for the morning time. I have been doing this for well over a year now. This is GOLD STANDARD for anybody looking for the perfect balance of challenge and viability. 40 on, 20 off works so well with the kind of exercises that are included in this session. 2 years in and still my favourite session. It challenges me and at the same time, revives the motivation in me to do more. A true masterpiece of a workout 👊🏼

I LOVE Heather's 'no repeat' workouts. They take the misery, and sometimes boredom out of other workouts by other instructors. And her cute little kitty makes me smile every time it enters the shot. For those of you wondering, this is absolutely INTENSE. I just recently started working out. I do full body HIIT every Thursday. I do 2 videos for a total of 50 minutes. This one absolutely gets my blood pumping and the sweat pouring. I mean it seriously looks like my face is crying from everywhere.

I hate her less and less every time I do her HIIT workout. I had to kinda change things up a little when I started and take 5-10 second tests halfway through. After 3 weeks of doing this video I can almost do it exactly as she does. 💪🏻 thank you so much for posting your workouts!

So during quartentine started I was working out a lot from home feeling like I wasn't losing enough weight quick enough. I figured to switch up my workouts a bit more and started doing your workouts and oh my gosh I was getting more and more results. My fiance pointed out the other day my face is starting to look thinner and today he said again I look great. Thank you! To anyone thinking of working out and using these videos the answer is yes! They are amazing!

Hi Heather, I've been tracking my workouts for a few months and today is the 100th day. This is my favorite workout on YouTube and I did it today. I finished this workout many times before but it's always hard, but much easier than my first time. Love you. ❤💪

I've been doingyour work outs 4 times a week since the pandemic started. This is perfect for those days when I'm not feeling the weights. I'll be 41. I'm not trying to get back to my 20 year d body, but when the hubs and my girls see that my body is getting more defined, it makes all this worth it. Thanks for everything you do! ♥️💪🏼

I did this workout once 1 week. I incorporated it with my weekly plan. Doing this alone burned almost 130-140 calories. Loving your workout and trying almost everything 💪💪💪

OMG, I have missed Heather!! After finishing the 12 week challenge I tried someone else’s challenge, and although the workouts were ok, she was WAY too spastic for me and never shut her mouth through the entire workout! Heather’s workouts are much better and she doesn’t talk through them. I’m back on Team Heather!!!

There are so many other workout videos and experts .... but I simply love you and your videos. I exercise with you 3 times a week and other 2 days I do yoga and it makes me feel great. You are the best. Lots of love 💕. And thank you for such awesome workout videos. God bless ya 😘

My friend skipped our gym day today, and it also ended up with me skipping. I felt really guilty for not going to the gym and wanted to do some workout. I have many options on yt but some of them are boring or not really pleasing me well. BUT this video i LOVE it!!! no reps just one straight go, the tempo was so nice, some few where a bit heavy for me, but i did it in my tempo so it worked out just perfectly. And a HUGE plus that you dont speak in the workouts!!! it makes time go faster and also let me enjoy the music!

If you are looking for a less intense HIIT this is the perfect one. Love the no repeat no equipment. HR didn't go up too high, total active cal around 160. Perfect one for a sore body day :)
