Hey Heather I hope you are doing well. I just want to tell you I just finished this workout video today. I did half yesterday and the other half today. It was my first real workout postpartum. It felt so good when I started the video yesterday. I had tears coming down. I lost a lot of weight with your help three years ago and want to continue my healthy lifestyle. My whole pregnancy I just couldn’t wait to do one of your videos and go for one of my trail runs. Thank you for your help and for the videos. Keep going girl.

Just getting over my first time with Covid and I wanted to workout without too much pressure of weights and intensity after taking off 2 weeks. This was a perfect reintroduction. I got my heart rate up, got a bit sweaty and am feeling energized for the day. Thanks Heather!
