Love these walking workouts, I do them throughout my work-from-home day! They're so great because I don't have to change into gym kit, get all sweaty and need a shower - I just get up from my office chair, move for 15 min, then sit back down to work again - feeling revived! 😁 Thanks Lucy!! 💖

This is perfect for my 66 year old body. I loved it and was out of puff. I have been doing the one you brought out about 2 years ago (you wore a long sleeved green top) and now I will alternate these two. Brilliant work and so encouraging. Thank you!!!

I love the style and format of this video, they are my favourite to be honest. And Lucy, I really appreciate how you mention from time to time how we should be great full for our bodies as somebody who works in the care sector and work with clients that are quadriplegic and bed bound it always strikes a cord with me. Thanks again Lucy! These workouts are like medicine for me.
