My dad was one of Gacy's victims who escaped. My dad was grabbed from somewhere and he woke up in a guy's car, that he recognized - he was just a kid himself at the time... Unfortunately, my dad didn't realize until after the news broke out, that the guy who kidnapped him and did god knows what to him when he was unconscious but unfortunately my dad didn't get away unscathed. Due to the trauma of this event and my grandparents on that side being pretty shitty parents, my dad wound up gaining a myriad of mental health issues....

When I was born he was extremely protective of me and later on saved me from an SA attempt by a boy in my neighborhood before he could touch me... No one saved my dad, but he saved me.

My father's last meal, the night he passed away from cancer five years ago was Arroz Con Gandules made by his wife and died surrounded by me, my mother and my godfather... Cancer stole my dad and Gacy's trauma destroyed my dad's mental health that he didn't get a handle on until I was almost 19. I blame that man the most for the things that haunted my father's mind for decades.

The Douglas Franklin wright case had me infuriated, how did he slaughter two women and molest a child and got out in 12 years and do the same shit TWICE, Oregon’s judicial system is fucked off for that, plenty of people got death sentences for much less smh

Thank god you took out the intro to each of them. Sometimes you get compilations of the creator's shorts and they don't even bother to properly edit it and just slap all of their videos together into one montage and you have to hear the intro 70 times.

About a decade ago or so ago, out of just pure curiosity and fascination, I looked up several death row meals and the criminals who ordered them for a while, and always wondered how said meals would look like in real life, given how huge, creative, weird, unusual, or underwhelming they would be when I read them. So I want to thank you VERY MUCH, Josh for doing this! This series has been informative, fascinating, and very entertaining to watch. 👍👍👍👍👍
