Started 4 days ago and already seeing and feeling results!! Impressed to see where it gets me in a few weeks!! 👏🏽 👏🏽

Day 1: ✅ ended up finishing it all but very sore and form can be improved, excited to see results :)
Day 2: ✅ sore again and stopped a couple of times for a couple seconds but was better then yesterdays 💪🏼
Day 3: ✅ Similar to day 2, my goal for day 7 is to do it without any extra breaks 🙌🏼
Day 4: ✅ done!!
Day 5: ✅done with no breaks!! pushed myself 👊🏼
Day 6: ✅ done with only one break, one more day let’s go 😈
Day 7: ✅ done with no breaks, see you on the next vid!! 💪🏼👑

March 27, 2021; starting out with days checked off:
Day 1: Boy did this workout involves flexibility. I had to take 5 one second breaks in the workout. I will see ways on how to me more stable when doing these workouts, but for now I will do then every morning
Day 2: Well...I screwed up. I did the workout but my stomach still felt sore after the one from yesterday. I took 3 breaks so it was an improvement but I get like throwing up but I did well.
Day 3: I apologize for the late review; I had homework to do as well as school. I did the workout and I did not took any breaks. It’s a nice start and I hope this continues well tmr
Day 4: it’s getting easier as time goes on, still hurts but not as much compared to the first time I have tried this. I now did every part correctly
Day 5: Oh boy did I struggle. I had food a few hours after this and I couldn’t do the crunches without any break for today. I felt nauseous, took a sip of water and still continued through this workout. I am still continuing strong
Day 6: I have done this work, it’s more easier now than what I had done in the first day. I realize that I should eat something small before this workout. Thanks to the people that liked this comment
Day 7: I did the work, this week is now completed. I will move on to the next video

31/7/2022: Day 1 - been travelling so no chance to workout and this one knocked me out!!! i managed it tho cant wait for tmrw ❤️
1/8/2022: Day 2 - he was so right whem he recommended taking today as a rest but i didnt listen did i 😭😭 did some modifications for a couple oblique exercises but finished harder than yesterday! persevere
3/8/2022: Day 3 skipped, Day 4 - well, that rest day came later than the schedule expected but came back to get right back on track. did it twice to make up for yesterday! ❤️
4/8/2022: Day 5 - the upper ab workouts (the last four exercises) went so much better than they did before, i definitely feel stronger! ❤️ coming back tmrw fs!
5/8/2022: Day 5 - was so busy today im only NOW doing it close to midnight!?!? still made the time for it too and couldnt be happier ❤️
6/8/2022: Day 6 - idk why for some reason i thought this was day 7? anyways, absolutely smashed it AGAIN ❤️

If you are healthy teen you dont need to be that strict to diet. But dont eat too much fast food too. Cuz im 14 and i eat like eggs etc normal lunches and dinners. Like only 1 fast food per month

Day 4 - feeling it
Day 5 - 😑
Day 6 - not easy yet.
Day 7 - 😓
Was not easy, glad I pushed through the week! Simple workout can do anywhere! 👊

DAY 1: DONE! IT was hard but no giving up in here!
DAY 2: DONE! nd it was perfect!!
DAY 3: DONE! i can feel its easier now!
DAY 4: DONE! its almost perfect!
DAY 5: DONE!!
DAY 6: DONE! feeling much better now!
DAY 7: DONE PERFECTLY! now im gonna strart the 2nd one!!!
