Due to this video I started doing 100 sit-ups a day for the past 2 months have gone from a max of about 30 sit-ups to now around 200 is my max. Thank you Browney

Something to remember with sit-ups is NEVER do them wrong. An incorrect sit-up will build your core, however it will significantly harm your lower back and spine. In fact, even properly done sit-ups put a lot of stress on your spine, so trainers generally recommend staying away from sit-ups and replacing them with things like push ups or the planck.
