Why nobody talks about the severe headache because of not eating anything? Am I the only one who feels that ?

I'm almost at 48 hours and I'm about to give in and eat. Around the 24 mark I started to get a headache and feel weak but I put half a teaspoon of salt into a glass of water and chugged it and I took a magnesium pill and a potassium pill and I felt better almost immediately. I feel pretty good and I could easily keep going but I'm just craving food. I don't even feel hungry which is weird. But I just really want to eat. My family I live with cooked a pot of chili and knowing there's chili and crackers and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches is tempting tf out of me. This would be so much easier if I lived alone.

Some tips for fasting longer
Eat dinner around 5 and if you don’t eat again till 10 am that’s already 17 hrs

Guys first two days may be little bit difficult but after no issues 👌☑️

I hope you all know that putting your body into starvation mode will decrease your weight temporarily, but you’ll gain it all back immediately since it’s just water weight.

I was close to completing a day 21 hours in. At that 21 hours i got restless my body was hot i couldnt resist eating something. But i know if i do this water fast my body will definitely do alot of changes in 5 days. I have an allergy infection, i think that will go away. I dont have the motivation at all to do so at all. But ill try again

Nah i cant do this, my asian family cooks like 15 different dishes everyday. And i cant look at them eating 😭😭😭

Just drink 🍋 Water with a little bit of salt 🧂 don't drink a lot just a little and make some green tea and make some eggs and lots of water after you work out, don't do the tummy thing yet tell you lose weight naturally and banana 🍌 shakes with milk and peanut butter it's amazing 😍 and vitamin gummies if you guys want to try this out too 😊.
