It's so simple, but effective ❤️ I usually do 2 workouts 40-60 mins each, very intensive, and lose over a 1000kcal, absolutely love it xxx thank you and plssss, make more videos like this ❤ they are super effective and super fun🥳🌸

Simple but sweat on - First time to your channel as part of my 30 day everyday varied woerkout challenge. Good varaition and duration, not as hard as HIIT but this was much needed for 40 mins today :)
