I love the no-repeat set!! Sometimes it gives me anxiety thinking I’d have to do the same one again or as good as the first time

Hi Maddie! Your dog is so sweet 😊 I love how clear and concise your cues are! I appreciate these HIIT classes with no jumping as jumping can sometimes be a migraine trigger for me. I loved the variety of exercises selected for this routine! This was SO GOOD 🔥!!! Thank you so much 🙏💜
