First one for a very long time (torn menisci - both knees - and arthritis, too). Had to rein myself in on the deep side steps, but otherwise proud that I’ve completed it. Yay!

I think this is my favourite! Ive been with you on and off since my daughter was born 7 years ago. I do weights, join expensive clubs, but i ALWAYS come back to you. You honestly cant go wrong, SOeffective without having to break yourself. Thanks Lucy for your consistently effective workouts ❤❤
