Love Tanner and Joey! I struggle with depression and these walks are perfect during times when I am low on energy and motivation. Gets me up and moving and I always feel better afterward.

I feel so energized after I do these videos! I do them on my rest days between my strength training to get some movement in. They're also great at combatting that afternoon slump during the week! I'm so grateful new videos are being posted more frequently 💜 THANK YOU!!

i am a fitness instructor at my resort - the older crowd so i came across your videos gave me some good ideas. I am a cycle instructor and teach over 8 total classes a week between both and i am 70! great video!
