There's something about Emi that keeps me motivated in working out. So, this channel and its various exercises + dieting = me losing 6 pounds in 9 days. 9... DAYS. And I exercised every OTHER day for 10-20 minutes at the start (it was all full-body HIIT stuff). Now I follow the 1-month exercise calendar. It's Day 17 now.

I think it's safe to say I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing and keep watching your stuff lol. Bless you, Emi. You're truly an inspiration, and I look forward to continuing this training all throughout summer and beyond. Lots of love from America. 😊

Thank you so much for these workouts Emi! I am 16 and weigh 153 lb. I used to only be active for 1-2 hours a week, but now I find myself powering through several of your workouts everyday! I have lost 2 cm off my stomach and lost two pounds and it has been about 17 days of working out. It might not seem like much to some, but I have a really bloated stomach from health issues so this is huge for me. I realized this summer I want to turn my life around and get control of it. You are an inspiration for me!

This is a brilliant workout actually. I did it last night and burned 162 calories on my fitbit and feel it this morning. Because of my current weight, the fact that its standing makes it very good for my joints.

This was my first time doing this exercise and I was nauseous and a bit dizzy at 10 minutes, but okay I sat down for a bit and then tried to do it all. Tomorrow i will continue with it 🤘🏻✊🏻

Wow I just woke up and thought I should excercise but was feeling lazy and then checked my phone and saw a notification for this video. Thank you ❤ I started watching your videos I was over 150 pounds. Now I'm 133. my goal is 125. Your videos have helps me SO much to get in shape. ❤❤❤

I really would like to appreciate the way Emi edits her workout videos. Signals before breaks and exercises, small previews of next exercises make my workout waaaay much convenient! Also timer on a screen helps a lot, and I like that I always know, what number of current exercise is, so I can see how much is done and how much is left. Really-really helpful, the best edition of workout videos I know, thak you so much, Emi!

Your previous one was 30 mins and I did that for 3 days and felt tired the 3 days too. So i Iooked for 10mins standing exercises in your channel to start small first. There were no 10mins standing exercises video. So I gave up searching even in other channels coz only your exercises were perfect for me. I loved each and every workouts in your 30mins video but got tired the whole day to do my studies after that. But I didn't know your 10mins standing exercises video is coming.!! And surprisingly it came out today. What a coincidence.... Thank you so much Emi. NOW THIS IS THE PERFECT one for me. As usual I love these workouts too.❤❤
