I can never take a picture of myself no joke. I hate my image my belly looks like a soft pillow and it’s keeping me from going to beaches and jumping in public pools. Even uncomfortable wearing a t - shirt my journey starts 1/8 I tried so many times and always gave up

I agree. I’m in a fat loss journey myself. Started swimming and tracking my calories in May and started going to the at the beginning of this month. I started to slim down in June. I’m still on the journey. I believe I went down from 30% body fat to 25% body fat. Hopefully I get to 20% body fat by October and 15% body fat by January. This is a long journey though, but it’s worth it in the long run.
