1. Drink more water
2. Drink lots of green tea and lemon water
3. Chew gum between meals
4. Stock up on protein
5. Distracts yourself from eating when you aren’t actually hungry
6. Eat healthy, don’t diet

Water really is the way to go! I lost 14 lbs just by cutting out sugary drinks. I would eat dark chocolate from time to time if the cravings got too crazy. Just another tip for anyone looking to lose a few lbs 😊

🙌🙌 Important advice: never put lemon water in a plastic bottle. *Acidic stuff dissolve plastic in your body*, you could end up with terrible long term problems, especially regarding hormones.

Some tips I've found useful:
- use smaller plates
- when you think you want a snack ask yourself 'would I want an apple' and if the answer is no then just do something else because you're bored
- wait 20 minutes after eating a serve of something to eat anything else (this allows your body to register fullness)
- chew every mouthful 20 times
- drink every 5 bites
- meal prep or meal plan every week
- put snacks into serving size bags/tubs

Whenever I say to my mom I don’t want a chocolate or junkfood she says «Don’t be anorexic» JUST BECUASE I WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT DOESN’T MEAN I’M ANOREXIC

Another tip:

Don’t eat in front of the TV or IPad or Phone or WHATEVER.
You can get distracted and overeat, and some people say when they do it a lot they get habits on whenever they are on their device they get hungry. And eat ALOT.

Two things I would like to say:

First: Back in September, I started watching your videos and a ton of other inspirational women like Haley Cairo's. Alivia, you too inspired me to change my lifestyle - eat healthier and train harder. Thanks to you my life has been changed for the better forever - I have never felt so good about myself. Thank you.

Second: Water is indeed the best thing out there. I used to only rink about 300ml a day (but I don't drink anything else). I increased this to a litre, bit by bit, and now I can feel a huge difference. And no - never think about healthy eating as a "diet." It's a way to change your life, not to deprive you of sugar.

My routine:
Step 1: Cut out all sweet treats- My cravings ease after about 3 days and I don’t even feel like eating junk.
Step 2: Only 3 meals per day with no snacking unless it’s some fruit.
Step 3: 3-4 Chloe Ting workouts per day
Step 5: Try getting 10, 000 steps per day.
Step 6: DRINK WATER- I need to focus on this

I changed alot during quarentin <3
I run 4 times a week eat healthier and whenever i see a fast food ad, it doesn't look good the food seems toxic. If you were to show me a similiar ad before quarentin i would've said yummm
Im alot happier now to!
