In this video, I give you the specific solutions on the best weight loss diet for busy moms, including the best foods to eat, what to avoid, meals to make, and the meal-time schedule that can keep things simple and sustainable for you and your family.

If you're following a weight loss diet plan for women over 40 that is not simple and sustainable, then it's not an option for you. Crash diets or restrictive diets will not see you through the long-term and are more likely to end with you gaining more weight than you lose.

In terms of the foods to eat, a weight loss diet for women at home is made up of 4 things; Proteins, Carbs, Healthy Fats and Veggies. Preparing your meals using a simple principle we call 'The Perfect Plate', means you will simply use 1 of each of these groups in every meal.

When it comes to meal timings, there are a couple of schedules that work really well on a weight loss diet plan for women over 50. Honestly, I've tried so many diets and whatnot, but nothing really had a drastic effect to my weight loss than fasting. I'm 5'6" and normally weigh 155lbs, but ever since I've been going on a 36 hour bone broth fast once a week and cutting my meals from 3 to 1/2 a day, I'm now at 142lbs. I've been doing this for about a month now and the results are astonishing. My body fat dropped almost 3% to around 15% currently and my visceral fat dropped from a 9 to a 6. My strength workouts showed no signs of depletion as well. My brother has been doing this with me as well and he dropped from 149lbs to 138lbs within this time frame also.

Wow, I never thought I would listen to a young man talk about how overweight women can lose weight, but this guy was great! I have had a few important questions for a long time that he answered for me-what to eat (he kept it ssoo simple-all foods I like by the way), when to eat and what supplements to take. Normally this is all so complicated and expensive that I feel overwhelmed-(which of course means I need to eat a family size bag of Lay's Potato Chips) I am addicted to sugar mostly, but the good news is that I like healthy foods and I enjoy cooking gonna give this a try! Thank you for your excellent, informative yet simple videa!

Changed my diet a week ago and I'm literally doing everything he suggested I've even been eating all of the foods shown on his counter and taking the supplements mentioned. This video was in my suggestions and I'm happy I pressed play because it's confirmation that I'm doing all of the right things.

Keto/carnivore intermittent fasting one meal a day the last four years with the proper human diet at 63 years old!
The occasional sweet potato and berries per Dr Berry and Dr Mindy!
Now healthy as an ox!

Thank you for not telling women to only eat 1200 calories a day. I'm 59, I lift heavy and do cardio...I would collapse on that little calorie amount!

I love that this video is not carb phobic and stresses vegetables. The proportions sound healthy. I feel encouraged to eat this way. Why aren't more weight loss videos sound teaching like this one is?

So glad I found your channel! I turned fifty this year and my body is not the same.
