Just subscribed! Been 16/8 now for 3+ weeks and hasn't been hard at all. You all can do it. Eating is a habit, once you break it you won't miss it. I'm 52 and have lost 40 lbs since June. 275 to235 and still going.

I have been eating 1 meal a day and fasting, 18/6, since 2017. For the last 6 months I’ve cut sugar out my diet (not natural sugars) and cut out snacking etc. I work out 5 days a week as well. Since May 1st, I’ve been eating every 20-22 hours Hard but my body looks and feels better. We are addicted to eating and eating poorly in our country. Knowledge and being mentally strong is the key to prolong life and happiness
