I've been doing 1400-1500 calories for over a month and a half. Every weekend though, I will go over to around 1800-2000 because I'll eat out with my boyfriend. I havent found a hindrance or issue since I workout 5 to 6 times a week and jump back on the diet.

I need to basically know what I can and can't eat...without following a recipe. I also don't do well with meal preps. I have to cook a meal and left overs can be eaten the next day. However, the way you've displayed everything looks bountiful!

I can’t do cottage cheese all these diets has cottage cheese only way it would help me lose weight is to eat it and immediately barf

Thank you for the great video! I'm going to be having back surgery (fusion) so after I'm back from vacation, I'm going to be doing this diet to lose some weight prior to surgery. Great ideas and content here. Thanks!

I've been doing between the 1200-1500 calorie diet and I went over three times with the 1500 calories and my mother says its okay

I did this and lost 30 Ibs but it hasn’t been working anymore as my temptations have been pushing past 1500 to 2000 which is enough to maintain weight only NOT lose weight

These look so yummy but theres no way I can eat that volume of food in one day 🥺 i need to find more calorie dense clean foods. This is kinda hard. P.s. im super new at this ha thats probably why its so tough for me
